By supervising the whole restauration of Bretesche manor, the chef Ludovic Le Forestier, invites you to a real journey through our most beautiful region in the gourmet restaurant “Le Montaigu” and at the Brasserie “Le Club”. With bold talent, his gourmet compositions surprise the most difficult palates, in an encounter with nobles local products. Sea bass, bream, game, vegetables of the day give rythm to the menu, a genuine ode to the seasons and to nature. The best “grands crus” and other discoveries of our sommelier accompany this demand for excellence. Intentionally limited to 60 servings per dinner, « Le Montaigu » protects an intimist atmosphere, with the pond and the castle as unique background.

Brasserie Le Club : friendliness & relaxation of a « Club House » spirited brewery open to the Golf

The Brasserie “Le Club” displays a simpler menu in the more casual scenery of the Golf teeing area. Depending on the time of the day, you will savour - wonderful inventive cuisine, - selected teas and coffees or a choice of cocktails and high quality liquors.
